Most casinos look like every other casino. Lizaro doesn’t, at least not at first glance – there’s a gunslinging reptile on the homepage that borrows more than a little from a certain animated western. Strip the theme away and you’re left with a NovaForge LTD property running 9,200+ games, a four-part welcome package, and a support desk that will test your patience. Here’s the honest version of what lizaro casino does well, and where it stumbles.
The game library is genuinely enormous
Nine thousand two hundred titles from 80+ studios. That isn’t a rounded-up marketing number – it’s roughly two and a half times what BitStarz carries. Play’n GO and other must-have studios are present, alongside Megaways, bonus buys, jackpot slots, crash and mine games, and live dealer tables. The subcollections are where the lobby shines:
- 600+ jackpot slots
- 290+ bonus buy titles
- 120+ Megaways games
- 260+ live dealer tables, including game shows and high-stakes rooms
The gap: no Pragmatic Play on the Canadian site. For plenty of players that’s a dealbreaker, and it’s a strange omission for a lobby this size. Filtering is also shallower than it looks – you can sort by genre or theme, but not much deeper.
Bonuses: front-loaded, then a slow drip
The welcome package spreads across four deposits and tops out at $4,500 plus 350 free spins. Matching percentages shrink each time, which is standard practice, but the free spins soften the back end.
| Deposit | Match | Free spins |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% up to $1,500 | 200 |
| 2nd | 75% up to $750 | – |
| 3rd | 50% up to $750 | 50 |
| 4th | 25% up to $1,500 | 100 |
After that you’re leaning on weekly reloads, weekend reloads, 25% live casino cashback, tournaments, and a bonus shop where coins buy spins or credit. A five-tier loyalty program unlocks better banking and an account manager at the top. What’s missing is boring, predictable monthly bonuses – you’re dependent on rotating seasonal promos instead.
Banking is cheap but narrow
Twenty-dollar minimums, instant fee-free deposits, Visa working on both ends. That’s the good part. The bad part: no crypto, no PayPal, no Google or Apple Pay. Eight methods total, and withdrawals get approved in one to three business days, which quietly stretches every cashout.
- Hit the yellow coin button in the top-right corner
- Pick your payment method
- Enter the amount you want to add
- Click deposit and follow the redirect
- Confirm the transaction and wait for funds
Licensing, support, and the mobile question
Lizaro holds an Anjouan Gaming Board licence, runs 256-bit SSL encryption, and uses independently tested RNGs. Reasonable. But the licence isn’t published anywhere on the site, there’s no eCOGRA-style audit, and you can’t set time or loss limits – a real gap for a casino this size.
Support is the sore spot. Live chat connects in under a minute, then deflects. Email takes about a week, and the replies suggest agents aren’t well briefed on the licence. No phone line at all.
Mobile fares better: no standalone app, but a web app you can pin to your home screen on Android and iOS, with the same game selection and zero storage cost.
Before you deposit
Check the monthly withdrawal limit first – it’s the complaint that shows up most in player reviews, and climbing the VIP tiers is the only way to raise it. Then decide whether losing Pragmatic Play actually matters to you. If neither bothers you, the sheer size of the library justifies a look.
